The Barcelona Nord Bus Station provides an assistance service for people with reduced mobility, in order to facilitate their journey by coach.
Difficulty of vision or blindness, with or without a guide dog.
Hearing impaired, deaf or deaf-mute.
With some type of intellectual or developmental disability.
Totally immobile, who can only move on a wheelchair and who require assistance at all times.
Who require assistance to walk up and down stairs and who need a wheelchair to move between the station and the coach.
Who can walk up and down stairs and move within the coach self-sufficiently, but who need a wheelchair to move between the station and the coach.
That require assistance and are not in any of the other categories.

You must request the service at least 72 hours before the date of your journey, and you must fill out and send the form.
The Bus Station will always approve or reject your request.
In case of cancellation of the need of the service, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible in order to adapt our resources to the needs of our service.
You will be able to access the station by car for the time required to unload, following the instructions of the station staff at all times. You must specify in advance the registration number and model of the vehicle in the 'observations' field of the form. The vehicle cannot be parked inside the station and the driver cannot leave the vehicle at any time. If you need to park your vehicle, you can do so in the tourist car park, which is directly connected to our facilities at Aparcament Bcn-Nord.
If you want to ensure your tickets, we suggest you buy them in advance.
You should also inform your travel needs to the transport company with whom you have booked the journey.
You must go to the station's information point on the ground floor at least 1 hour before your coach departs, where you will identify yourself at the request of our staff, in order to check your situation, with the documentation attached to the assistance service form.
From this point, our staff will help you with everything you need for your journey and will accompany you to the platform, from where your coach will leave.

You must identify yourself at the request of our staff, in order to check your situation, by presenting the documentation attached to the form sent to the assistance service.
For the correct provision of the assistance service, your luggage must not exceed one piece of packaging and its weight must not exceed 20 kg.
