The Barcelona Nord Bus Station is located in the city center, in a historic building dating from 1861, when the old nord railway station was built. It is currently managed by the Barcelona Municipal Services company, being the central hub for the arrival and departure of coaches from the city of Barcelona to different destinations, both national and international. Its mission is to manage with maximum efficiency and quality both the facilities and the services offered to companies and travelers, contributing to the improvement of mobility within the city, regulating and ordering traffic and offering operators and to travelers a better experience for their trip.

The Barcelona Nord Station is certified with different quality seals, which guarantee its safety and management according to quality standards. It has recently received the Global Safe Site certification granted by Bureau Veritas, which ensures strict compliance with the hygiene and safety measures derived from the Covid-19 pandemic and guarantees maximum safety to workers, workers, users and users. In addition, it is also certified with the Safe Travels seal of the Word Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) awarded by Turismo de Barcelona, ​​in recognition of the prevention and safety protocols dictated by the WHO.
