Estació Barcelona Nord has once again consolidated its position as a key point of reference for regular coach arrivals and departures. Between June and August, almost 892,000 people travelled through the station, an increase of 27% compared to the same period last year. The number of coach arrivals and departures has also increased. In these three months 48,000 departures were made, more than 15% more than last year's 41,000 departures.

Within this rising trend in expeditions, the lines with international destinations can be noted, which have grown by 23% compared to last year. The international destination with the highest demand was France, followed by Italy. New cross-border routes have also been added, such as those connecting the cities of Lisbon and Milan via Barcelona. In Spain, the Community of Valencia and Andalusia were the main destinations for departures. In Catalunya, municipalities such as Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar are the routes with the most departures, reporting 38% more departures than in the previous year.

As for the recent Barcelona Tourism point, more than 10,000 people have used this space that provides value-added information on mobility and the city.

Following the ongoing transformation project to become Barcelona's new hub for tourist mobility, the station has modernised its services to enhance its centrality and connectivity with other modes of transport and improve the experience of both users and operators.
